Ashlee Simpson-Wentz in September of 2009 arriving for the Paley Center/TV Guide Fall 2009 Preview Parties for the CW in Beverly Hills. She looked awesome wearing this strapless black and white striped dress carrying a red clutch. We love this hair color on her. Her silky red-orange hair was pulled back into a loose chignon, parted in the middle in the front with a few pieces hanging down to frame her face. She looked great!
