Ashlee Simpson on September 17, 2011 arriving for the 9th Annual BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party held at the L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel. Ashlee arrived with her new beau, Vincent Piazza. She looked beautiful wearing this black halter dress while carrying a chic Channel clutch. We love her short, platinum blonde hair. It is a very sleek style. She wore her layered bangs swept across her forehead to the side. The sides were tucked behind her ears and tapered down her neck. This is really a very flattering hairstyle on her!
Since Ashlee has a fine hair type it is a little easier for her to achieve. For thicker hair try thinning it out with more layers and using a smoothing hair product for this end result.
